Searching and Setting Filter Dates Overview 

Your time is too valuable to sift through all your data.  Find what you need by narrowing dates and filters. Information on Searching and Setting Filter Dates your reports is just below.


Type into the box just beyond "Search for" to filter reports based upon your search term.  

The drill down boxes to the right of the search bar allow you to add layers to your initial search term.  This will narrow the scope of your data.  These drill downs default to the first course or option, so don't hesitate to change those filters.  Don't forget to remove the filters if you want to see all the data in a future report.



  The first time you run the report, the filter dates will be grayed-out, indicating the Filter Dates function is inactive.
The "clear calendar" indicates the filters is NOT activated.
The "checked calendar"  date filter IS activated.
To choose dates, click the bar and a “start” and “end” calendar will appear. Select the desired dates and click the “close” button, or choose from the list of shortcuts on the bottom of the calendar.
