Note: The IntelliBoard plugin must be installed prior to using the IntelliBoard block. The IntelliBoard Plugin can be downloaded here. The IntelliBoard Block Plugin can be downloaded here. The IntelliBoard Plugin and IntelliBoard Block plugin may also be downloaded from Moodle's local plugin repository.
Designed as a Moodle block, the IntelliBoard Block provides immediate course and/or activity data to a Moodle user. Depending on preferred configuration, Moodle users can see course and activity completion, visits, time spent, grades and more.
The IntelliBoard block also provides the role-appropriate IntelliBoard links (i.e. Learner Dashboard, Instructor Dashboard, IntelliBoard.net).
Moodle users with Site Administrator roles will be able to configure the IntelliBoard Block for each course by following the steps below.
1. Turn Course Editing On
2. Add Block, select IntelliBoard
3. Click the "Settings" icon to Configure
4. Select "Configure IntelliBoard Block"
5. Choose Block settings (widgets by view)
6. Choose Where this block appears
7. Click Save Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Add Block feature. Using the drop down menu, select IntelliBoard.
3. Click "Settings" icon to Configure
For the initial configuration, click the settings icon.
4. Select "Configure IntelliBoard Block"
Click "Configure IntelliBoard Block".
5. Choose Block Settings (Widgets by View)
Click the check box to enable or disable the block for the view. Control + Click to select multiple widgets to display.
The following Widgets are available for Admin/Instructor View:

6. Choose Where this block appears
Choose where you wish for the IntelliBoard Block to appear. Selecting Any Page will allow the configured widgets to appear on both course pages and activity pages. (Reference the tables above to see which Widgets will appear in conjunction with Activity pages.) Selecting Any Course Page or Any Type of course Main Page will allow the configured widgets to appear on just the course pages.
7. Click Save Changes
