Maximing a personal experience, IntelliBoard's landing page is comprised of two main components: 1) Library and 2) My Datasets. The Library is the repository of IntelliBoard default datasets, charts, and dashboards. Created by IntelliBoard, these defaults intend to be added to "My Datasets" and further curated to meet your data needs. The Library also may contain datasets created, published and approved by your organization. My Datasets intends to be your specific, high-priority datasets.

The Primary Account Holder and users with the ability to edit Org Role roles determines which datasets and dashboards are available in the Library for other IB Users.
- Datasets and Dashboards created by IB Users or the Primary Account holder may be shared to the Library but must be published and approved.

Upon log in to IntelliBoard, you'll default to "My Datasets" unless a particular dataset has been set as the default dataset.
Helpful Terminology
| IntelliBoard Term | Definition |
| Primary Account Holder | The first, primary and top level account that is associated with the Oganization's and Subscription Settings. This person may create additional IB Users with the same level admin permissions. |
| IntelliBoard User (IB Users) | IB Users are additional credentialed accounts for IntelliBoard. Their account permissions, datasets and dashboards, and data assignments can all be modified to best fit need. |
| Organizational Role (Org Role) | Each IB User has an Org Role which controls the account permissions, datasets and dashboards. This is a template and can be used by several different IB Users. |
| Library | The IntelliBoard Library is the repository of datasets created by IntelliBoard or the Organization. |
| My Datasets | My Datasets is a selection of your high priority, high action datasets. |
| Dataset | A single component; this could be a tabular report, a visual graph. |
| Dashboard | A collection of components; more than one dataset grouped together in a Dashboard |
| Publishing Datasets | The action of sharing a dataset or a dashboard with your Organization. Before it can be added to the Library or to an Organizational Role, it must be approved. |
| Approving Datasets | After a new dataset has been created by someone in your organization, it must be pushlished. Approving the dataset allows it be added to the Library or to an Organizational Role. |
