Course Overview

Widgets, also called "Snapshots", provide an overview of data, often graphically. To manage (enable or disable) widgets, click the green "Manage Widgets" button in the top left-hand corner. For an overview of snapshot functionality, please click here.

 

Course Widgets

Note: Please ensure you set your date filter!

The Top ten most visited courses widgets shows top 10 the most visited courses on the LMS system during the selected time frame.  It includes the course, the number of visits (clicks), the time spent (hh:mm:ss) and the average score for learners in the course.

The Enrollments per course widget shows the number of enrollments (vertical axis) per course (each color bar on the horizontal axis represents a course) during the selected time frame.  To view the number of enrollments you need to move cursor to one of the column on the graph.

The Courses with zero activity widget shows the number of courses with zero activity during the selected time frame.  The course and the date it was created are listed.

The Most visited courses widget shows the number (vertical axis) of the most visited courses (each course is represented by a different color bar on the horizontal axis) within the selected time frame. To view the number of the most visited courses you need to move cursor to one of the column on the graph.

The Active courses widget shows the number of active courses (vertical axis) by date (horizontal axis) during the chosen date range. To view the number of active courses you need to move cursor to one of the peaks on the graph.

The New courses widget shows the number of new courses (vertical axis) by date (vertical axis) during the chosen time frame. To view the number of new courses you need to move cursor to one of the peaks on the graph.
