Learner Roles (Learner Overview)

The Learner Roles report provides data regarding role history and related changes for learners.



  1. Search for data in your report instantly.
  2. Filter dates: Choose specific dates to filter by the when the learner was enrolled in the course.
  3. Export data into designated formats and add your LMS user profile fields to this report.
  4. Email the report or schedule the report for future email delivery.
  5. Pull up additional Learner Details by clicking the blue link in the Learner column.
  6. Need help? Click the red chat box or schedule training.


Use the Hamburger Icon to remove columns of your report.  For additional directions, click here
First Name, Last Name First and Last names as entered in the LMS system; click the "Learner Link" for more information about the learner.
Email Learner's Email as entered in the LMS system
Course Name Course name associated with learner in LMS system
Current Role User role as entered in the LMS system
Was The Role Changes No = the role was not changed; Yes = the role was changed.  If the role was changed, additional columns will populate.
Role Changed By The user who changed the role
Role Changed From  The users' former role
Action The Moodle log, as entered in the LMS system (ex/ "assigned")
Date Role Was Changed The date the users' role was changed in the LMS system
