Course Content Utilization (Course Content Access)

The Course Content Utilization report displays the duration of time learners spend on specific course content/events/activities.

REPORT OVERVIEW

  1. Search for data in your report instantly.
  2. Filter dates: Choose specific dates to filter by the user’s last access to the course content.
  3. Export data into designated formats and add your LMS user profile fields to this report.
  4. Email the report or schedule the report for future email delivery.

Report Columns

This information is pulled from the LMS site.

The report also outlines details of the learner's LMS access history.

Report contains and can be sorted by the columns listed to the right. 

  • Learner First Name 
  • Learner Last Name
  • Course (Filter will default to first course, change this by reviewing "1" above
  • Type (Type of Moodle Content/Activity)
  • Activity(Name of Activity as designated in the LMS system)
  • Visits (to the particular Activity)
  • Time Spent (on the particular Activity)
  • First Access (to the particular Activity)
  • Last Access (to the particular Activity)
  • Useragent (Web Browser used to access the particular Activity)
  • Useros (Learner's Operating System used to access the particular Activity)
  • Userlang (Learner's language)
  • UserIP (Learner's IP address)
  • Details (Clicking details will bring up addition visits, time spent and last access)
