Activating/ Deactivating Native LMS Tables (Dynamic)

IntelliBoard provides an ability to utilize Native LMS tables (formerly Dynamic Tables) while building  custom reports/dashboards. That is supported for Moodle Based LMS (MWP, Totara, Open LMS Work) and Canvas.

By default after setting up a connection Native LMS tables are disabled.

Several steps need to be performed to activate Native LMS tables to be able to utilize them in Visual or SQL Builder:

STEP 1

Under connection settings enable the checkbox for Native LMs Tables

Save the connection.

STEP 2

Under Apps>InForm set table filter to show Native LMS Tables

STEP 3

Find the desired tables using search, select them using the checkbox, and under the Actions dropdown pick "Enable Selected"

Activated tables status will be changed to "Active"

The activation process triggers connection processing. IntelliBoard will pull data into activated tables right away. Ongoing processing will be performed according to a schedule set up in connection and data in those tables will be kept up to date.

STEP 4

After initial processing (after activating Native LMS tables) find Native LMS Tables item in table type filter on Layout Tab in Visual Builder

To disable tables select tables that you need to disable and pick "Disable Selected" under Apps>InForm under actions dropdwon.

If you need to completely disable Native tables in INtelliBoard under the connection setting check off the respective checkbox.
