Creating Default Settings for an Organization: Date and Time Format, Time Zone, and Language defaults

IntelliBoard Pro offers default settings on an Organizational level to help administrators set up and streamline accounts for IB Users. Individual IB Users can still adjust for their personal accounts in the "My Account Settings." 

To create a default setting for an Organization.

  1. Log in to IntelliBoard Pro with an administrator level log in. Organizational Default settings are only available in an administrator or all access account.
  2. Click on the Avatar in the top right corner.
  3. Click on the "Manage Your IntelliBoard Account" button.
  4. Click on the "Organization Settings" Tab

  5. Scroll down to the "General Organization Settings" section and make the selections.

  6. Click the "Save" button to save the Organization default settings. 

Rows per page: Select the number of rows a report will show as a default setting: 10, 25, 50, or 100

Language: Select the language for IntelliBoard Pro to show as a default setting: English or Spanish

Time Format: Select the default format for time to appear: 12 hour or 24 hour

Time Zone: Select the default time zone for IB User accounts

Date Format: Select how dates will appear in datasets: YYYY-MM-DD, DD-MM-YYYY, or MM-DD-YYYY

PDF Branding: Click this button to create branding for datasets that are downloaded or shared as PDFs.
