Course Filter Format allow you, the IntelliBoard Admin (main subscriber), to choose the format of the course filters in your account, i.e. Course ID + Discipline or Course Full Name + Term, and much more!
Before you get started...
- Course Filter Formats are available on each level.
- You MUST clear cache after making the settings to see the change.
Editing Course Filters
Most importantly, an Admin can change the way the Course Filters will be displaying courses data inside IntelliBoard. It can be filtered by Course Full name + Discipline, Course ID +Term, Course Unique ID + Discipline + Term and much more. To change the settings for Course Filters, please follow the steps below:
- From navigation menu go to Settings + Options > Servers > [Your connection];
- From the connection page, click Advanced Settings and then Course Filter Format;
- This page will show the following filters:
Course Full Name + Discipline
Select this format to filter by course full name and discipline as entered in the LMS.
Course ID number + Discipline
Select this format to filter by course ID and discipline as entered in the LMS.
Course Unique ID + Discipline
Select this format to filter by course unique ID and discipline as entered in the LMS.
Course Full Name + Term
Select this format to filter by course full name and term as entered in the LMS.
Course ID number + Term
Select this format to filter by course ID and term as entered in the LMS.
Course Unique ID + Term
Select this format to filter by course unique ID and term as entered in the LMS.
Course Full Name + Discipline + Term
Select this format to filter by course full name, discipline and term as entered in the LMS.
Course ID number + Discipline + Term
Select this format to filter by course ID, discipline and term as entered in the LMS.
Course Unique ID + Discipline + Term
Select this format o filter by course unique ID, discipline and term as entered in the LMS.
Course Full Name + Node
Select this format to filter by course full name and node as entered in the LMS.
Course ID number + Node
Select this format to filter by course ID and node as entered in the LMS.
Course Unique ID + Node
Select this format o filter by course unique ID and node as entered in the LMS.
Course Full Name + Node (Discipline)
Select this format to filter by course full name and node (discipline) as entered in the LMS.
Course ID number + Node (Discipline)
