Main Subscriber can assign a monitor set to be visible to SubAccount/IB user! Please, find a guide below.
Before you get started...
- The Monitor functionality begins with a Level 3 IntelliBoard subscription; please review access and number of accounts here.
- You have to create a monitor set before sharing it. Details may be found here.
- Monitor Set can be set as Home page for 1) Main Subscriber, for 2) SubAccounts/IB users.
There are 2 ways to share a monitor set with SubAccount/IB users:
NOTE: If you share monitors within Organizational Roles, your selections will be available for all SubAccounts/IB users who have this role. To share monitors just with one SubAccount/IB user find the second way.
WAY 1: THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL ROLES
- Navigate to Permit > Organizational Roles
- Choose existing role or create a new one
- Enable needed connection under Assigned Connections to activate the ability to manage monitors
- Enable needed Monitors or Monitor Sets
- Save settings

WAY 2: THROUGH SUBACCOUNTS/IB USERS
- Navigate to Permit > SubAccounts/IB users
- Choose existing SubAccount/IB users or create a new one
- Enable needed connection under Assigned Connections to activate the ability to manage monitors
- Enable needed Monitors or Monitor Sets
- Save settings
