Branding: Email Signature (Personalizing Account) - Totara LMS

Update signature of your emails as needed!

NOTE: Account Personalizing is available with a Level 6 and higher IntelliBoard subscription.

 

HOW TO FIND A PERSONALIZING INTELLIBOARD ACCOUNT

From navigation menu, click Settings + Options > Personalize Account.

1. Signature Field

Enter your own signature and IntelliBoard will include it in emails or scheduled messages. You may update your signature as much as you want using format bar at the top of the edit window.

2. Proxy Settings

NOTE: This feature is required for clients who have installed Totara only for the internal network. Contact is at helpdesk@IntelliBoard.net, in the chat box, or schedule with us.

Enable Proxy if needed. Enter Host, Port, Type, User and Password.

3. Personalize Report

Select how many records per page will be displayed by default in your reports. You may change it for specific report in the bottom of the report, if needed.

4. Week Format Settings

Choose the format of the week in your country to better display your data.

5. Save button

Click Save after finishing signature changes.
