When is my trial over? 

IntelliBoard offers a 15-day Free Trial. The trial begins on the date you sign up for your account. The trial will run for 15 consecutive days.  

When does my subscription renew?

Your subscription expiration date may be found under the billing details inside your IntelliBoard main account. Your subscription renews on your expiration date.  

How do I renew? 

We suggest beginning the renewal process by requesting an invoice through the billing details approximately 30 days before you are set to expire. If you are unable to request an invoice, please contact billing@intelliboard.net  

How do I change the email for the invoice?

You may send an invoice to any email address from your billing details. Click on the paper airplane button adjacent to the invoice you would like to forward. For additional billing information changes, please contact billing@intelliboard.net 

What are my payment options? 

You may pay online by credit card or send a check to the address listed on the invoice. If you would like information on ACH banking, please contact billing@intelliboard.net 

I didn't receive my invoice. 

A copy of your invoice may be downloaded or emailed by accessing the billing details from the main account. If you are unable to access your invoice, please contact billing@intelliaboard.net 

My invoice is wrong. How can I get it fixed?  

Please contact billing@intelliboard.net and provide details about your invoice.  

How do I add features?

You may add features by accessing the billing details from the main account. Choose Change Plan. You may update your account to the level which includes your requested features.  

How do I change plans? 

You may change plans by accessing the billing details from the main account. Choose Change Plan. You may update your account to the level of your choice.  

How can I view plan options?

All plan options are located in the billing details of the main account. To view additional plan options, click on Change Plan from the billing details. To use our interactive pricing go to www.intelliboard.net/pricing. You may choose the features you would like and it will give you pricing for that level.  

How do I request an invoice?

To request an invoice, go to the billing details under the main account. Choose change plan and click on Update from the level of your choice. An invoice is created as pending in the billing details. To open the invoice, choose the paper icon and an invoice will automatically be emailed to you. You may also send additional emails from the paper airplane or pay directly online by credit card. 

How do I delete an invoice? 

To delete an invoice, you will find the invoice listed under the billing details. Click on the trash can to delete the invoice. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the invoice.  

How do I see pending invoices? 

A copy of your pending invoice may be downloaded or emailed by accessing the billing details from the main account. If you are unable to access your invoice, please contact billing@intelliaboard.net 

How can I pay a pending invoice? 

You may pay online by credit card or send a check to the address listed on the invoice. If you would like information on ACH banking, please contact billing@intelliboard.net 

How can I get a copy of my paid invoice? 

A copy of your paid invoice may be downloaded or emailed by accessing the billing details from the main account. If you are unable to access your invoice, please contact billing@intelliaboard.net 

Can I have a receipt for my paid invoice?

What does it mean to pay annually? 

Annual payments are invoiced once a year.  

How do I know the subscription level of my account? 

You will find your current subscription level in your billing details. If you wish to change your plan, use the Change Plan button and view the different subscription level options.  

What does a capacity warning mean? 

Your current subscription level has exceeded the maximum amount of users allowed for that level. To upgrade to the next level, please change your plan from the billing details in the main account. For additional questions, contact support@intelliboard.net
