Admin Dashboard - Overview

IntelliCart Admin Dashboard displays sales statistics of your products in special charts and tables.

Before you get started... 

The Admin Dashboard turns on automatically after successfully creating a connection between your LMS and IntelliBoard. If you would like to visit the demo site for the Admin Dashboard, please click HERE, select the Admin box and click to log in.

From the Navigation Block in your LMS system, click "IntelliCart".

The main IntelliCart Dashboard defaults to show the following snapshots:

  1. Date Filter
  2. Dashboard
  3. Statistic
  4. Total sales
  5. Average order value
  6. Total orders
  7. Returning customer rate
  8. Number of enrollments
  9. Online store conversion rate
  10. Discount Types Used
  11. Coupons Applied
  12. Payment Types

1. Date Filter

Select the date range to configure the dashboard to show you the data only by this period of time. Monitors affected by this filter will have a note in the description below.

2. Dashboard

This line chart displays 4 indicators of IntelliCart usage:

  • Paid Users (blue line)
  • Coupons Used (orange line)
  • Discounts Applied (black line)
  • Waitlist Seats (green line)

If you hover over points, additional information about the date and the exact number of users/coupons/discounts/waitlist seats will be showed.

Axes:               Horizontal - Date

                         Vertical - Number Of Users

NOTE: Set up the Date Filter in the top right corner of the dashboard to see changes.

3. Statistics

This monitor displays an aggregate sales information by the selected period of time.

# of Registered Users: The number of users who registered in the LMS system

# of Confirmed Users: The number of users who confirmed their account in the LMS system

# of Used Coupons: The number of coupons users used in their purchases

# of Discounts Applied: The number of discounts users applied in their purchases

# of Products Created: The number of products created by the selected period of time

# of Orders Processed: The number of completed orders for the selected period of time

NOTE: Set up the Date Filter in the top right corner of the dashboard to see changes.

4. Total sales

This line chart shows you a total number of product sales by 2 periods of time. Purple line stands for the first period of time, grey line stands for the second period of time. Click on the calendar item to change periods of time.

Axes:               Horizontal - Date

                         Vertical - Number Of Sales

Number in the top left corner displays sales transactions for all clients by the first period of time (purple).

Percentage in the top right corner shows the difference between total sales in selected periods. If the number is green and there's an up arrow, sales increased by the displayed percentage. If the number is red and there's a down arrow, sales decreased by the displayed percentage. 

Click on View report in the top right corner to see the Sales Over Time report.

5. Average order value

This line chart shows you an average number of sales by 2 periods of time. Purple line stands for the first period of time, grey line stands for the second period of time. Click on the calendar item to change periods of time.

Axes:               Horizontal - Date

                         Vertical - Average Number Of Sales

Number in the top left corner displays average sales transactions for all clients by the first period of time (purple).

Percentage in the top right corner shows the difference between average sales in selected periods. If the number is green and there's an up arrow, average sales increased by the displayed percentage. If the number is red and there's a down arrow, average sales decreased by the displayed percentage. 

Click on View report in the top right corner to see the Average Order Value Over Time report.

6. Total orders

This line chart shows you a total number of orders by 2 periods of time. Purple line stands for the first period of time, grey line stands for the second period of time. Click on the calendar item to change periods of time.

Axes:               Horizontal - Date

                         Vertical - Number Of Orders

Number in the top left corner displays total orders for all clients by the first period of time (purple).

Percentage in the top right corner shows the difference between total orders in selected periods. If the number is green and there's an up arrow, orders increased by the displayed percentage. If the number is red and there's a down arrow, orders decreased by the displayed percentage. 

7. Returning customer rate

This area chart shows you numbers of loyal/repeat clients by 2 periods of time. Purple area stands for the first time customers and first period of time, green area stands for the returning customers and second period of time. Click on the calendar item to change periods of time.

Axes:               Horizontal - Date

                         Vertical - Number Of Customers

Number in the top left corner displays the percentage of returning customers by the first period of time (purple).

Percentage in the top right corner shows the difference between returning customers and first time customers in selected periods. If the number is green and there's an up arrow, number of customers increased by the displayed percentage. If the number is red and there's a down arrow, number of customers decreased by the displayed percentage. 

Click on View report in the top right corner to see the Returning Customers report.

8. Number of enrollments

This area chart shows you number of registrations/enrollments by 2 periods of time. Purple area stands for the registrations and first period of time, green area stands for the enrollments and second period of time. Click on the calendar item to change periods of time.

Axes:               Horizontal - Date

                         Vertical - Number Of Users

Number in the top left corner displays total enrollments (green).

Percentage in the top right corner shows the difference between enrollments and registrations in selected periods. If the number is green and there's an up arrow, number of customers increased by the displayed percentage. If the number is red and there's a down arrow, number of customers decreased by the displayed percentage. 

9. Online store conversion rate

This chart shows you online store conversions (to sale) over 2 periods of time. Click on the calendar item to change periods of time.

Number in the top left corner displays the number of conversions by the first period of time.

Percentage in the top right corner shows the difference between conversions in selected periods. If the number is green and there's an up arrow, number of conversions increased by the displayed percentage. If the number is red and there's a down arrow, number of conversions decreased by the displayed percentage. 

Click on View report in the top right corner to see the Online Store Conversion Over Time report.

10. Discount Types Used

This pie chart shows discounts that were used in orders. Hover over the pie to see a pop-up with the discount name and the percentage of usage.

NOTE: Set up the Date Filter in the top right corner of the dashboard to see changes.

11. Coupons Applied

This pie chart shows coupons that were applied in orders. Hover over the pie to see a pop-up with the coupon name and the percentage of usage.

NOTE: Set up the Date Filter in the top right corner of the dashboard to see changes.

12. Payment Types

This pie chart shows payment types customers used for orders. Hover over the pie to see a pop-up with the payment type and the percentage of usage.

13. Last Orders

This report displays orders that were made by users via IntelliCart.

GENERAL REPORT OVERVIEW

Sort report by columns (click once to sort the report ascending, double-click to sort the report descending)

  1. Reset table preferences to return the report to its original state
  2. Scroll through the pages to see all the results
  3. Select the number of results to see on the one page.

THIS REPORT'S COLUMNS

Order ID: The unique ID number associated with the order

First Name: User's First Name, as entered in the LMS system

Last Name: User's Last Name, as entered in the LMS system

Registered On: Date when User was created/added to the LMS system

Products: The item(s) for sale

Paid On: The date when product(s) was bought

Amount Paid: The amount that the customer paid for the product(s)

Total: The total amount for the selected product(s)

Discount: The discount customer had for the selected product(s)

Quantity: The amount of the product that has been sold

Billing Type: The type of billing that users use to pay for the product

Notes: Additional notes made in the order
