Notifications Block

Please find the overview of the Notification settings block below.

NOTE: IntelliCart Settings can be found under IntelliCart > Settings tab, OR under Site Administration > Plugins > Local plugins > IntelliCart.

1. Send checkout notification copy to

Add an email address to this box whom you want to send a copy of the checkout email (an email clients get when their invoice purchasing is approved).

NOTE: Only one email can be added here.

2. Successful Checkout notification message

Add a notification message clients will get when their invoice purchasing is approved. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[productslist]] The list of products a client buys.
[[orderid]] The ID that was automatically created for the order. 
[[userfullname]] Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[amount]] Amount of the order that was paid (including discount(s)).
[[discount]] Discount (coupon, discount, etc.) client got when they purchased a product.
[[subtotal]] The total price for all products that were bought.
[[currency]] Type of currency that was paid for the product(s).
[[shippinginformation]] Client's address, phone number, additional notes for product delivery.

NOTE: You can add client's profile field information as a tag, too. E.g., [[profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

3. Sent invoice notification message

Add a notification message clients will get when they buy product(s) via invoice. You can add tags that will automatically change with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[productslist]] The list of products client buys.
[[orderid]] The ID that was automatically created for the order.

4. Send invoice rejected notification

Enable this box so that clients will get a notification if their invoice purchasing is rejected.

6. Product available based on your waitlist position notification message

Add a notification message clients will get when products they have in the waitlist become available for purchasing. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[product]] The name of products client has in a waitlist.
[[userfullname]] Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[checkouturl]] URL link for buying a product from the waitlist. Users can buy the product from the waitlist ONLY by this link.

NOTE: You can add client's profile field information as a tag, too. E.g., [[profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

7. Invoice payment notification message

Add a notification message admin (or a person who can approve invoices) will get when client buys product(s) via invoice. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[userfullname]] Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[recipient_fullname]] Admin's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[orderid]] The ID that was automatically created for the order. 
[[amount]] Amount of the order that was paid (including discount(s)).
[[discount]] Discount (coupon, discount, etc.) client got when they purchased a product.
[[subtotal]] The total price for all products that were bought.

8. Send Review notification message

Enable this box so that admin (or a person who can approve reviews) will get a notification if new product review comes.

9. New Review notification message

Add a notification message admin (or a person who can approve reviews) will get when someone leaves a review for a product. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[product]] Product name as entered in the LMS system.
[[producturl]] Product URL for a quick linking.
[[sender_fullname]] Sender's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[recipient_fullname]] Admin's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[reviewtext]] Text of the review that sender has left.
[[reviewrating]] Rating of the review that sender has left.

NOTE: You can add admin's profile field information as a tag, too. E.g., [[recipient_profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

10. Send Comment notification message

Enable this box so that person who added a review for a product will get a notification someone left a comment for it.

11. New Comment notification message

Add a notification message person who added a review for a product will get when someone leaves a comment for it. You can add tags that will be automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[product]] Product name as entered in the LMS system.
[[producturl]] Product URL for a quick linking.
[[sender_fullname]] Comment sender's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[userfullname]] First and Last Name of the person who added a review as entered in the LMS system.
[[commenttext]] Text of the comment that comment sender has left.

NOTE: You can add profile field information of a person who added a review as a tag, too. E.g., [[profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

12. Send Checkout Pending notification message

Enable this box so that person who has pending products in a cart will get a notification about it.

13. Pending period

Add the number of weeks/days/hours/minutes/seconds (it's up to you!) after which a person who has pending products in a cart will get a notification about it.

[[products]] Product names as entered in the LMS system.
[[userfullname]] First and Last Name of the person who has pending products in a cart as entered in the LMS system.

NOTE: You can add profile field information of a person who has pending products in a cart as a tag, too. E.g., [[profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

15. Send free checkout notification

Enable this box so that clients will get a Successful Checkout notification message even if product's price was $0.

16. Send Checkout instructor notification

Enable this box so that instructors will get a notification when clients buys product or session which instructor(s) was assigned to.

Add a notification message product instructor(s) will get when client buys product or session which instructor(s) was assigned to. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[productslist]] The list of products client buys.
[[userfullname]] Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[instructor_userfullname]] Instructor's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.

NOTE: You can add client's and instructor's profile field information as a tag, too. E.g., [[profile_field_company]] - for clients, [[instructor_profile_field_company]] - for instructor, where "company" is a profile field name.

18. Send Checkout Instance notification

NOTE: This notification works only with gift cards now.

Enable this box so that a person who buys a gift card will get a notification about this.

Add a notification message for a person who buys a gift card. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[instancetype]]

The type of purchased instance.

NOTE: The type of "gift card" will be indicated here, because now this notification is available only for gift cards.

[[instancename]] Gift Card name as entered in the LMS system.
[[instancedata]] Full information about the gift card that will be needed for a recipient.
[[userfullname]] First and Last Name of the person who buys a gift card as entered in the LMS system.

NOTE: You can add profile field information of a person who buys a gift card as a tag, too. E.g., [[profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

20. Gift Card notification message

Add a notification message for a person who was presented a gift card. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[giftcardname]] Gift Card name as entered in the LMS system.
[[giftcardcode]] Automatically generated code for a Gift Card that can be entered into the coupon box during purchasing.
[[userfullname]] First and Last Name of the person who was presented a gift card as entered in the LMS system.

NOTE: You can add profile field information of a person who was presented a gift card as a tag, too. E.g., [[profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

21. Enrollment Request created notification message

Add a notification message admin (or person who can approve course enrollment requests) will get when user send it (see Enable Approval Enrollment HERE). You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[userfullname]] First and Last Name of the user who requests a course enrollment as entered in the LMS system.
[[recipient_fullname]] Admin's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[coursename]] Course Name as entered in the LMS system.

NOTE: You can add profile field information of an admin (or person who can approve course enrollment requests) as a tag, too. E.g., [[recipient_profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

22. Enrollment Request approved notification message

Add a notification message clients will get when their course enrollment request is approved. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[recipient_fullname]] First and Last Name of the user who requests a course enrollment as entered in the LMS system.
[[coursename]] Course Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[processedby]] First and Last Name of the admin (or person who can approve course enrollment requests) as entered in the LMS system. I.e., full name of the user who approved an enrollment.

NOTE: You can add client's profile field information as a tag, too. E.g., [[recipient_profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

23. Enrollment Request rejected notification message

Add a notification message clients will get when their course enrollment request is rejected. You can add tags that will be automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[recipient_fullname]] First and Last Name of the user who requests a course enrollment as entered in the LMS system.
[[coursename]] Course Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[notes]] Additional notes about the reason of rejecting.
[[processedby]] First and Last Name of the admin (or person who can approve course enrollment requests) as entered in the LMS system. I.e., full name of the user who approved an enrollment.

NOTE: You can add client's profile field information as a tag, too. E.g., [[recipient_profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.
