User Profile Fields are fields that are related to User(s) and are configured in the LMS system. User Profile Fields are available under Personalize report.
From the report go to Personalize Report > Edit in the top right corner. Enable needed columns from User Profile Fields. On this page you can also allow searching by User Profile Optional fields in the report. For more details click here.
Full name: User's Fullname, as entered in the LMS
Display Name: User's Display name, as entered in the LMS
Time Zone: User's Time zone, as entered in the LMS
Login 1: User's Native; one of 2 other emails that can be utilized for logging in (e.g. you can have a username, but then you can list two OTHER emails to utilize for logging in)
Login 2: User's Native; second of 2 other emails that can be utilized for logging in (e.g. you can have a username, but then you can list two OTHER emails to utilize for logging in)
By clicking on User Profile Fields in the navigation menu, you can import a CSV file to create personalized User Profile Fields. Just click on Import and download the CSV file where you will have to fill the columns for "userId", "fieldName", and "fieldValue". You can also download the sample CSV file to take a look at some examples.
Note: "userId" is the user's email address.
Once the CSV file has been imported correctly, you will be able to see and enable these imported fields when personalizing a report.
