The InContact Record Report displays an overview of the teacher-learner communication logs in a course, by communication type and the last communicated date.

GENERAL REPORT OVERVIEW:
- Search for data in your report instantly.
- Filter your data and/or dates! Most reports include several filters (to the right of the search box) and a time filter.
- Personalize the columns in your report.
- Export your data in an XLS, CSV, or PDF.
- Share your data via email or API key.
THIS REPORT'S FILTER(S):
Course: Select the specific course to appear on the report (i.e. Selecting "Accounting" will only show user's activity in this course)
THIS REPORT'S DATE FILTER(S):
Time will filter by communication logs creation date.
THIS REPORT'S COLUMNS:
Student: The name of the student, as entered in the LMS system.
Email: The email of the student, as entered in the LMS system.
User SIS ID: Student's unique SIS ID in the LMS system.
Course: Course name associated with user in LMS system.
Course SIS ID: Unique SIS ID for the course in the LMS system
Course Term: Term assigned to the course in the LMS system.
Course Category: Category assigned to the course in the LMS system.
[Communication Event] (Total): The total number of logs made of a specific type of communication.
[Communication Event] (Last): The date the teacher last made a specific type of communication log.
