Application | PDF Branding

With IntelliBoard you can send, schedule and download reports and monitors. Wouldn't it be great to brand all these documents and personalize them the way you want? With IntelliBoard you can do this too!

How to find PDF Branding

To access it just click on your initials or profile picture in the top right corner and then click on Manage your IntelliBoard Account. From your IntelliBoard Profile page (Overview) > click on Account Settings > scroll down to General Account Settings > click on the blue button for PDF Branding.

Let's take a look at the different options that can be set up to make your PDFs look like YOU!

1. PDF Review

Here you can eview the results of your changes that will be in your PDF documents after saving.

2. General

Choose the page orientation of your document (Portrait or Landscape).

3. Brand Page

  • Page Enabled
    Click the check mark if you want the the cover page to be displayed in your document.
  • Background Colour
    Click on this field and then drag and drop to choose the best color for the background.
  • Top Image
    Click on the Upload button on the right side of the box and choose the image to be displayed in the cover (for example the logo or icon of your organization!). Note: The image should have a size between 1500x1500 pixels and weight less than 4mb.
  • Text Colour
    Click on this field and then drag and drop to choose the best color for the text.
  • Title
    Add here the title for the cover page of your PDF documents.
  • Description
    Add a description for the cover page of the your PDF document.

4. Header & Footer

  • Header Enabled
    Click the check mark if you want to display the page header in your document.
  • Layout
    Choose the location of the logo in the header.
  • Logo
    Click on the Upload button on the right side of the box and choose the image to be displayed in the footer (for example the logo or icon of your organization!). Note: The image should have a size between 1500x1500 pixels and weight less than 4mb.
  • Text

    Add the text to display in the header. Note: The text will be on the opposite side of the logo (i.e. if you choose layout "Normal", the text will be on the right and vice versa).

  • Footer Enabled
    Click the check mark if you want to display the page footer in your document.
  • Layout
    Choose the text location in the footer (left or center).
  • Text 
    Add the text to display in the footer.

5. Last Page

  • Page Enabled 
    Click the check mark to display the last page in your document.
  • Logo
    Click on the Upload button on the right side of the box and choose the image to be displayed in the last page (for example the logo or icon of your organization!). Note: The image should have a size between 1500x1500 pixels and weight less than 4mb.
  • Text
    Add some text for the closing page of your PDF document.

6. Security

You can add a layer of security to your documents by setting up a password. You can set up different passwords for the owner and for users. If you don't set up any passwords, you can choose which permissions will be available without password protection (so to anyone who receives your documents will have access).

7. Save button

Click Save after finishing your PDF changes.

8. Reset button

Click Reset to remove all the recent PDF changes.

 

That's it! Once you save these settings, anyone who receives your PDF documents will know immediately where they came from and will surely put the data to good use.
