Blackboard Collaborate details are strictly from Blackboard Collaborate. We are not applying our time tracking or making any changes.
Collaborate sessions must be completed through the Moodle Collaborate plugin and must be completed after the connection between IntelliBoard and the Collaborate plugin is established as we cannot report on historical sessions.

Collaborate: Participants Summary monitor is a bar chart that displays the number of Blackboard Collaborate participants by course over a time period. If you hover over bars, the exact number of participants will be shown. Utilize the date filter (on the top right of the monitor) to narrow the data to a particular timeframe.
THIS MONITOR'S FILTER(S):
- Course: Select the specific course to appear on the monitor (i.e. Selecting "Accounting" will only show collaborate participation in this course)
Collaborate: Session Overview monitor is a pie chart that displays the number of Blackboard Collaborate sessions by course over a time period. If you hover over each pie sector, the exact number of sessions will be shown. Utilize the date filter (on the top right of the monitor) to narrow the data to a particular timeframe.
In the top of the monitor the Schedule Today, Finished Today, Scheduled by Select Period and Finished by Select Period are displayed.
THIS MONITOR'S FILTER(S):
- Course: Select the specific course to appear on the monitor (i.e. Selecting "Accounting" will only show collaborate participation in this course)
Collaborate: Returning vs. First Time Participants monitor is a bar chart that displays number of Blackboard Collaborate participants by the total number participants, first time participants and returning participants. If you hover over bars, the exact number of participants will be shown.
In the top right of the monitor the Total Participants and First Time Participants are displayed.
Collaborate: Participation monitor is a line chart that displays the participants' participation time in a Blackboard Collaborate session by course. If you hover over each point, the exact number of participants will be shown. Utilize the date filter (on the top right of the monitor) to narrow the data to a particular timeframe.
