Profiles Block

Please find the overview of the Profiles settings block below.

NOTE: IntelliCart Settings can be found under IntelliCart > Settings tab, OR under Site Administration > Plugins > Local plugins > IntelliCart.

1. Enable Profiles

Enable this box to turn on an IntelliCart profiles on the Managing Users page and on product enrollments, certification, vendor mangers and users assignation pages. User names on mentioned pages will be links to their IntelliCart profiles. This will also be available for all users who buys sessions by clicking on profile name or picture of instructor (so that user will be able to review Instructor's information).

NOTE: This setting works in collaboration with Enable user profile link setting.

2. Use default Moodle profile

Enable this box to turn on Moodle profiles on the Managing Users page and on product enrollments, certification, vendor mangers and users assignation pages. User names on mentioned pages will be links to their default Moodle profiles. This will also be available for all users who buys sessions by clicking on profile name or picture of instructor (so that user will be able to review Instructor's information).

NOTE: This setting works in collaboration with Enable user profile link setting.

NOTE: This setting overlaps Enable Profiles setting above.

3. Display Location

Enable this box to turn the city/town (as entered in the LMS system) on the user's IntelliCart Profile.

4. Display Job

Enable this box to turn the institution and department (as entered in the LMS system) on the user's IntelliCart Profile.

NOTE: This will be shown only for users who are assigned as an Instructors to any product.

5. Display Profile Fields

Enable this box to turn the profile information (as entered in custom user profile fields in the LMS system) on the user's IntelliCart Profile.

6. Display Instructors Statistic

Enable this box to turn on the instructor's statistics on the user's IntelliCart Profile such as his/her rating, # of reviews left, # of products where he/she is assigned as an Instructor and # of students who bought mentioned products above.

NOTE: This will be shown only for users who are assigned as an Instructors to any product.

7. Display Interests

Enable this box to turn the user interests (as entered in the LMS system) on the user's IntelliCart Profile.

8. Display Contacts

Enable this box to turn the contact information (such as prone, web site, etc.) as entered in the LMS system on the user's IntelliCart Profile.

9. Display Instructor Products

Enable this box to turn the Instructor Products tab on the user's IntelliCart Profile. Product(s) where the user is assigned as an Instructor will be shown there.

NOTE: This will be shown only for users who are assigned as an Instructors to any product.

10. Enable Reviews

Enable this box to turn on the ability to leave reviews about the instructor and comment them. Read how to enable reviews HERE (points 19-20).

NOTE: This will be shown only for users who are assigned as an Instructors to any product.

11. Enable Reviews Approval

Enable this box to turn on the ability for LMS admins to approve reviews before their publishing.

12. Display Message

Enable this box to turn on the button for an ability to send a message to the user if needed. IntelliCart uses a standard Moodle Messaging here.

13. Display Editing

Enable this box to turn on the button for an ability to edit user profile if needed. IntelliCart uses a standard Moodle profile editing here.

NOTE: This is available only for users who have permissions for profile editing.
