InContact gives you the FLEXIBILITY to customise Communication types to best suit your school needs!
Note: This setting function is only available to the IntelliBoard main account.
Step 1:
From IntelliBoard account, go to InAttendance + InContact > InAttendance + InContact Settings > InContact Communication Types.
Step 2:
1. + Add Communication Type
Create a new Communication type.
2. Edit Communication Type
Click on the gear icon of the corresponding Communication type to edit it.
3. Delete Communication Type**
Click on the trash can icon of the corresponding Communication type to delete it.
**NOTE: Deleting a Communication Type will remove all communications that were logged under this type.
