Create New Notifications

IntelliBoard Notifications allow you to send notifications with specific information. This includes If/Then notifications that are a bit different than traditional notifications, IntelliBoard automatically sends notice when teachers and students don't meet set requirements.

You'll be able to set up conditional events from the Notification Dashboard found in the Navigation bar. In the Notification Dashboard, click on Create New to get to the screen shown below.

The rest of the steps will differ according to which notification you choose. Most of the times you will have to choose an email address (custom, instructor or learner), and/or an inactivity period, and/or courses. Sometimes you might have to specify which roles correspond to the email addresses; for example, you will have to specify which LMS roles correspond to learner when you choose to send a notification directly to your learners (student, guest...). Other elements you can personalize, according to the type of notification, are the attachment format, the frequency of the notification, name, subject (of the email), status, expiration, message (the email's content).

Don't forget to Save your notification before leaving the page! You will find all your notifications to edit or delete them in the Notification Dashboard.
