1. IntelliCart Application Pre-approval Request approved notification

Previous Name: IntelliCart Application Pre-approval Request approved notification message

Add a notification message clients will get when their application pre-approval request is approved. Read more about Application Pre-approval setting up HERE (points 1-3). You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[recipient_fullname]]: Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.

Notes added for customer during approvement.

[[certificateurl]]: The link to the LMS system view of the certificate granted.
[[downloadurl]]:
The link for downloading the certificate granted.

5. IntelliCart Checkout Instance notification

Previous Name: Checkout Instance notification message

NOTE: This notification works only with gift cards now.

Add a notification message for a person who buys a gift card. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[instancetype]]: The type of purchased instance.
NOTE: 
The type of "gift card" will be indicated here, because now this notification is available only for gift cards.
[[instancename]]:
Gift Card name as entered in the LMS system.
[[instancedata]]:
Full information about the gift card that will be needed for a recipient.
[[userfullname]]:
First and Last Name of the person who buys a gift card as entered in the LMS system.

NOTE: You can add profile field information of a person who buys a gift card as a tag, too. E.g., [[profile_field_company]], where "company" is a profile field name.

6. IntelliCart product Checkout instructor notification

Previous Name: The part of "Checkout instructor notification message"

Add a notification message product instructor(s) will get when client buys product which instructor(s) was assigned to. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

[[producturl]]: Product URL for a quick linking.
[[sender_fullname]]: Comment sender's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.

[[commenttext]]: Text of the comment that comment sender has left.

12. IntelliCart Payment Errors Notification (for customers)

Previous Name: Customer's Payment Errors notification message

Add a notification message clients will get when there is a payment error happened during their product purchasing. You can add tags that will be automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

[[checkoutid]]: The ID that was automatically created for the order. 
[[error]]: The text of the error happened. 

13. IntelliCart Enrollment Request approved notification

Previous Name: Enrollment Request approved notification message

Add a notification message clients will get when their course enrollment request is approved. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[recipient_fullname]]: First and Last Name of the user who requests a course enrollment as entered in the LMS system.
[[coursename]]:
Course Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[processedby]]:
First and Last Name of the admin (or person who can approve course enrollment requests) as entered in the LMS system. I.e., full name of the user who approved an enrollment.

Add a notification message clients will get when used a Braintree payment gateway for purchasing, and their payment was initiated, but not yet complete on the payment gateway side. Add a notification message clients will get when products they have in the waitlist become available for purchasing. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]].

SUPPORTED TAGS:

[[product]]: The name of products client has in a waitlist.
[[userfullname]]:
Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
[[checkouturl]]:
URL link for buying a product from the waitlist. Users can buy the product from the waitlist ONLY by this link.
