Please find the overview of invoice settings in the Invoices block below.
NOTE: IntelliCart Settings can be found under IntelliCart > Settings tab, OR under Site Administration > Plugins > Local plugins > IntelliCart.
1. Enable Invoice Payment
Enable this box to add the ability to pay via invoice for the products. This will add an Invoice option to the checkout page in addition to payment gateways, so customers will be able to select this, and invoice will be emailed to them as a PDF file. This will also add an Invoices tab to Sales, where admins and/or managers will be able to approve or reject them.
2. Enable Confirmation Popup
Enable this box so that a pop-up window with a request to confirm will appear when user selects paying via invoice method on the checkout page.
3. Edit Pending Invoices
Enable this box to add an Edit action to Invoices tab, so that admins and/or managers will be able to edit pending invoices to remove some products from the order before approval/rejection.
NOTE: This will be available only for orders where customer selected paying via invoice.
4. Company Info
Add a company information that will be shown in the top right corner of the invoice for users.
NOTE: If the Display Vendor Details setting is enabled and user is assigned to any vendor, this information will be re-placed by vendor's company information.
5. Company Logo
Add a company logo that will be shown in the top left corner of the invoice for users.
NOTE: If the Display Vendor Details setting is enabled and user is assigned to any vendor, this logo will be re-placed by vendor's logo.
6. Logo width
Add the width for the logo that will be shown on the invoice.
7. Logo height
Add the height for the logo that will be shown on the invoice.
8. Font of invoice
Select a font for the text that will be shown on the invoice.
NOTE: For Arabic language select IBMPlexSansArabic font so that Arabic symbols will be recognized in invoices. This is not applied for custom invoices (see setting below). If you wish Arabic symbols will be recognized in custom invoices as well, it is necessary to ensure that the appropriate font is used for the invoice template items.
9. Invoice Due
Add the number of weeks/days/hours/minutes/seconds (it's up to you!) for which the invoice will be active. This will add a Due Date to the invoice. Invoice will become expired when this date comes.
I.e., you have added 10 days here, and user purchased a product via invoice on August 31, 2021. In this case the invoice will have a Due Date as September 10, 2021.
10. Attach invoice to checkout notification
Enable this box so that PDF file with an invoice will be sent to all customers after checkout even if they selected any payment gateway for purchasing product(s).
11. Show currency
Enable this box to remove currencies from the invoice, so that only price numbers will be shown.
12. Format price with leading zero
Enable this box to add a second decimal place to invoice prices.
I.e., you have a product price $10. If this setting is enabled, the invoice price will be shown as $10.00.
Enable this box to add an additional column to the invoice with a participant (customer) information. This will add an information to the invoice that you may customize in Participant profile fields setting below.
14. Participant profile fields
Add a required information you would like to be shown on the participant column. You can add tags that will be automatically changed with the customer information. Tags MUST be in 2 square brackets [[...]]. All available tags are shown under the text area of this setting.
NOTE: You should enable Display Vendor Details setting below for correct displaying vendor tags (like [[vendor_name]], [[vendor_type]], etc.).
15. Additional Information
Add any additional information you would like to be placed on the invoice. This will be shown in the bottom of the invoice.
16. Display Product Custom Fields
Enable this box to add a product custom fields to the invoice. This will be shown in the bottom of the invoice. Only active and filled product custom fields will be shown here.
I.e., you have 2 active custom fields for products - Level and Semester, and you have 2 products called "Math" and "History". You filled only Semester field for the 1st product on the editing page. So, when the customer purchase these products, he'll see only Semester information for "Math" product and no additional information for "History" product.
17. Display Product Instructors
Enable this box to add a product instructors to the invoice. This will be shown in the bottom of the invoice. Only assigned product instructors will be shown here.
I.e., you have 2 products called "Math" and "History". You assigned instructors only for the 1st product on the editing page. So, when the customer purchase these products, he'll see only instructors for "Math" product and no instructors for "History" product.
18. Display Payment Description
Enable this box so that product name on the invoice will be re-placed by Payment Code and Payment Description from product editing page.
19. Display Vendor Details
Enable this box to re-place company logo and info by vendor logo and info. This will be re-placed only for users who are enrolled into any vendor.
I.e., you enabled this box, and user from Vendor A purchases a product. The invoice will show him the vendor logo in the top left corner and vendor info in the top right corner. And in the user without vendor assignation purchase a product, he will still see a company information.
20. Enable Custom Invoice
Enable this box to add an ability to create custom view of invoices.
