1. LMS Connection
If you have multiple LMS connections, select the LMS connection you would like to review.
2. Platform Menu
Shows the IntelliBoardNext main navigation menu.
3. Report Name
The name of the report you are reviewing. You can also give the report an alternative name to suit your organization.
4. Edit**
Click on "Edit" to go to the editing view of the report.
5. Set as Default
Set to see this report as your account Homepage.
6. Search
Use the search feature to pull the specific data set that you are interested in.
7. Column
Show the all the columns in the report. Toggle to add or remove a column from the report.
8. Filter
Show the filters that are available for the report. Don't see the filter you need, you can easily add it to the report!
9. Share
Show the various ways that you can easily to share the report with others. Example through emailing and scheduling.
10. Settings
Show the report settings to access the Report Builder feature** and to refresh the report data set.
11. Users/Entries per View
Show the number of data rows in per view.
12. Pagination
Click Previous/Next to navigate the pages.
