Emailing and Scheduling - Overview - IntelliBoard Next

Clicking the "Share" allows you to share the report with others through email or periodically scheduling!

1. EMAIL

Step 1: Add the recipient's email address.

Step 2: Edit the subject line, if necessary.

Step 3: Select the attachment type: CSV or XLS.

Step 4: Create and format the message which will appear as the email body.

Step 5: Click "Send" to send the email (or "Cancel" to abort and turn to the report).

 

2. SCHEDULE

1. Email

Enter the email address(es) that are going to receive this scheduled report.

2. Attachment

Select the attachment type: XLS or CSV.

3. Frequency

Select how often you would like to receive this scheduled report.

4. Name

Enter a name for this scheduled report.

5. Subject

Enter a subject which will appear as the email subject.

6. Status

Status relates to if the scheduled report is active (sending the report) or inactive (not sending the report).

7. Expired At

Set the expiration date. Example: you may want to set the expiration date to correlate with a holiday break, end of the semester or end of the quarter. 

8. Message

Create and format the message which will appear as the email body.

9. Save

Save scheduled report (or Cancel).

 

Note: When an email is scheduled, it will be sent from IB and will come from support@intelliboard.net
