User Status Summary

The User Status Summary report displays cumulative user performance across all site. This report shows all users even if they're not enrolled into any course and never accessed the platform.

Location: Library> Reports

GENERAL REPORT OVERVIEW

  • Search for data in your report instantly. Confirm columns are included in the search under 'Search Data Columns'.
  • Filter your data and/or dates!  Most reports include several filters (to the right of the search box) and a time filter. 
  • Personalize the columns in your report by clicking 'Columns'. 
  • Share your data via email or scheduled report.
  • Export your data in an XLS, CSV.
  • Edit columns, calculations, formulas, formatting by clicking 'Edit'.

SPECIFIC REPORT INFORMATION 

THIS REPORT'S FILTER(S):

  • Creation Date: Select a date or a date range to see the users that were created in the LMS during that period of time. (i.e. Selecting 'Last 30 Days' will show only users that were created in LMS during the last 30 days.)
  • Role Name: Select a specific role to see users related only to that role. (i.e. Selecting 'Student' will show only users with student role in the LMS)

THIS REPORT'S COLUMNS:

Full Name: User's First and Last Names, as entered in the LMS system

Email: User's Email as entered in the LMS system

Creation Date: The date when the user's account was created

Active Courses: Total number of courses where a user's enrollment status is "active"

Completed Courses: Total number of courses a user has completed

Visits: The number of clicks (mouse clicks) made by the user in all courses 

Time Spent: The amount of time the learner has spent in all courses 

Participation: The total number of participation in the course

Score: The learner's average grade in all courses

Last Login: Last time a user logged in to LMS
