My Course Progress

The My Course Progress report gives an overview of student's  progress and status in all his courses so he can see which courses might need more immediate attention


Location: Library> Reports


  • Search for data in your report instantly. Confirm columns are included in the search under 'Search Data Columns'.
  • Filter your data and/or dates!  Most reports include several filters (to the right of the search box) and a time filter. 
  • Personalize the columns in your report by clicking 'Columns'. 
  • Share your data via email or scheduled report.
  • Export your data in an XLS, CSV.
  • Edit columns, calculations, formulas, formatting by clicking 'Edit'.

  • Course:  Select the specific course to appear in the report (i.e. Selecting "Accounting" will only show student's data in this course)
  • Student Name: Select specific student name for only that specific student(s) activity to appear in the report. 
  • Course Start:  Select a specific date or range to filter courses by creation date in the LMS system (i.e. Selecting "Last Month" will only show courses created in the LMS system in the last month)



Full Name: User First Name and Last Name, as entered in the LMS system

Course: The course name, as documented in the LMS system

Instructors: List of instructors/teachers enrolled in a course

Viewed Activities: progress bar that represents the percentage of activities a student accessed in a course ( # of accessed activities/ Total # of activities in a course*100)

Completed Activities: progress bar that the course represents the percentage of activities a student has  completed in a course ( # of completed activities/ Total # of activities required for course completion*100)

Course Grade: Student's course grade in percentage

Enrolled: student's enrollment data in a course

Completed: the date when a student completed a course
